Is now the time to buy? It depends.

With everything you see in the papers and on T.V., it can be daunting to even think about buying your own home when others can't afford it and are foreclosing.  The truth is, mortgage rates are lower than they have been in 20 years and home prices are back to those in 2003.  The truth is, we will bounce back from this tough economy, we always have.  So do your homework!  Chances are, you are paying more a month for rent than you would if you owned your home.

Thinking about buying, selling or even renting? Call a REALTOR(R).  A REALTOR(R) with the tools to help create a homebuying plan is a great resource.  Call a few to see which REALTOR(R) suits your best.  You may want someone who can hold your hand though the process or you may want someone who can send you updates through a Twitter feed.  You may want both.  What is important is that you feel confident that your REALTOR(R) will do a great job for you.  The home buying/selling/renting process can be a lot of fun with the right REALTOR(R).
